7.1 Flexible Ticket Option

If purchased, the Flexible Ticket option allows date or time changes without our service change fee, subject to the following conditions:

• Rebooking requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
• Changes must be within the same airline and route (subject to availability).
• Name changes are strictly not permitted.
• Only one rebooking per passenger is allowed.
• Any fare difference must be paid by the passenger.

Airline-specific rules and fare conditions still apply.

7.2 Self-Transfer Guarantee

If included in your booking, the Self-Transfer Guarantee provides assistance in the event of missed connections caused by delays or cancellations.

• Alternative flight arrangements or refund options may be offered.
• Hotel accommodation reimbursement up to USD 100 (valid receipts required).
• Meal reimbursement up to USD 12 (valid receipts required).

Claims must be submitted in accordance with our stated procedures and within the specified time limits.
